Dijamin Ketagihan! Sup Ikan Segar untuk Menu Sahur

Berikut Galamedia berbagi resep sup ikan yang segar dan lezat. Caranya sangat mudah dan gak perlu waktu lama.

Jenis ikan yang digunakan sangat beragam sesuai selera kalian. Bisa ikan nila, gurame, patin, atau ikan kakap.

Simak yuk, resep dan cara mengolah sup ikan super yummy ini!

Bahan:

– 500 gr ikan kakap/tenggiri/nila/mujair

– 1 buah jeruk nipis

– 1 buah bawang bombay dipotong dadu

– 4 siung bawang putih, digeprek kemudian dicincang

– 20 buah cabe rawit merah

– 4 buah tomat hijau

– 1 buah tomat merah buang bijinya

– 2 batang serai diambil putihnya

– 2 cm jahe iris

– 6 lembar daun jeruk

– 1 genggam daun kemangi

– 2 batang daun bawang dipotong-potong

– 1 sdt gula

– 1 sdt merica bubuk

Cara membuat:

1. Bersihkan ikan, potong-potong lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis garam dan merica bubuk, diamkan selama 15 menit.

2. Didihkan air, sementara itu tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih.

3. Masukkan tumisan bawang ke dalam air yang sudah mendidih, tambahkan tomat hijau, cabe rawit, sereh, jahe dan daun jeruk, irisan jahe dan daun jeruk.

4. Kemudian masukkan ikan, biarkan masak hingga matang, lalu tambahkan tomat merah yang sudah dibuang bijinya, daun kemangi dan daun bawang, lalu beri garam dan gula secukupnya, bila suka bisa ditambahkan dengan penyedap.
