Japanese Bread yang Lembut, Mudah Dibuat Ikutan Yuk

Halodunia.net – Bosan dengan makanan sehari-hari dan ingin jajan cemilan enak? Tidak usah khawatir! Di masa pandemi ini, orang-orang semakin kreatif untuk membuat kreasi makanan yang mudah dibuat di rumah. Mulai dari viralnya kopi dalgona, pangsit le gino, hingga cloud bread.

Salah satu resep yang juga viral dan banyak dicari selama pandemi ini adalah Japanese Milk Bread. Roti yang sangat lembut dan halus ini bakal bikin kamu ketagihan karena rasanya yang meleleh di mulut. Penasaran? Kamu bisa coba resep mudah dari Umi Baroroh di Cookpad!

Bahan-bahan:

– 250 gr tepung cakra

– 50 gr gula

– 3 gr ragi instan

– 155-160 ml susu UHT (suhu ruangan)

– 1/2 sdt garam

– 45 gr margarin

– Taburan: tepung terigu

Pewarna:

– 4 tetes warna pink

– 4 teteas warna hijau

Langkah-langkah:

1. Campur bahan kering: tepung, gula dan ragi. Kemudian masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata sampai menggumpal. Masukkan garam dan margarin, uleni dengan tangan sampai tercampur semuanya, kemudian lanjutkan ulen menggunakan hand mixer. Uleni sampai benar-benar kalis elastis.

2. Jika sudah kalis elastis, bagi 2 adonannya. Dalam contoh ini, total adonan 500gr, kemudian dibagi 2 menjadi 250gr. 1 adonan diberi pewarna pink, lalu uleni menggunakan hand mixer dengan kecepatan rendah sampai tercampur rata.1 adonan lagi, beri pewarna hijau kemudian uleni seperti adonan merah.

3. Bulatkan adonan, istirahatkan selama sekitar 30-45 menit sampai mengembang 2x lipat. Setelah itu kempiskan, bagi masing2 adonan menjadi 8 bulatan, seberat 31gr. Tata di cetakan kotak 20x20cm yg sebelumnya diolesi margarin. Lalu istirahatkan sekali lagi selama 20 menit. Jika sudah mengembang, taburi dengan terigu.

4. Panaskan oven selama 10 menit, turunkan panas oven ke 130°C, menggunakan api atas bawah. Panggang roti selama 40 menit.

5. Setelah selesai, angkat dan Japanese Milk Bread siap disajikan!
